Seagulls Shores is located at the far end of Gollan Drive in a quiet cul-de-sac. Situated next door to Seagulls Services Club, and only minutes from Tweed Mall, the Gold Coast Airport, Southern Cross University and beaches such as Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay & Kirra.
Important Reminder for our Residents
1) Zero tolerance to foul language towards residents, or use of foul language in any common area of our complex.
2) It is essential that Owners, their guests and contractors, observe the site signage mandating an internal speed limit of 10kph at all times, given the growing number of children <7 years of age are living onsite permanently.
